Outdoor Sunset Yoga at Dunchurch Park Hotel, Rugby

Join Claire for a wonderful outdoor 90 minute yoga session under the late evening summer sun on the lawns of Dunchurch Park Hotel.  This event is suitable for everyone, from beginners to those who have practised for many years.  No age limit.  Suitable for ALL. This is an event to come and be with your body, your breath in amongst the nature of this glorious and peaceful setting. The evening will be finished with tea and delicious cake (all included in the ticket price) served on the terrace of the hotel.  The perfect spot to watch the sun set.

This is going to be the most incredible of evenings and I really hope you will join me for this wonderful experience. Price:  £25 per person early bird until 30th August, £29 thereafter - price includes all yoga, tea and cake. The event will adhere to a minimum 2 metre social distancing, following and adhering to all of the latest government guidelines. Please bring along a yoga mat, some water and dress appropriately for the weather.
